Where is skating allowed?
Roads and Sidewalks
It is prohibited where signs are posted, for example; Tennis Courts, Redners, School sidewalks, Amity Park.
There should no skating on public picnic tables or other public property not designed for that type of activity.
Respect private and public property.
Skateboarders are subject to civil complaints for any damages they might inflict on private or public property.
No skatboarding in any park except the skate park See section 119
Use common sense, One bad choice can give all skateboarders a bad name!
Safety First - Be Prepared (see pic)
Helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, closed toes shoes, wrist/hand guards highly recommended
Make sure the skateboard is in good working order (no loose, broken or cracked parts, non-slip surface on board, no sharp edges).
