Questions for the committee to consider:

1.What safety gear be required? It is always recommended

2.Will residency or responsibility/liability permits be required?  No

3.Will there be lights for night time riding? No dawn to dusk only

4.Will it be skateboards only or are bikes, scooters, and inline skates allowed? All

5.Will safety lessons be offered? No

6.Are there age or size restrictions? No

7.What hours will it be open? Dawn to Dusk

8.How many can skate at the same time? As many as the equipment supports.  The committee took this into consideration and selected a layout to support the most skaters on a variety of elements.

Questions for the Township to consider:

1.Where will the park be located?   Lake Drive

2.Will there be parking so parents can drive their kids? Yes

3.Will there be spectator seating? There are 2 park benches now. Probably not due to cost, unless funds can be raised.  Parents can bring their lawn chairs and sit outside the fenced area.

4.Will food and drink be allowed? No.

5.Will it be fenced for safety and to keep out animals?  Yes, except for the 2 entry openings.
